A Beautiful Morning Walk in Riverbend





Goal achieved. ☑️ I walked over 4miles in my new neighborhood. Love exploring nature and I found a new fave spot to relax…. it’s by the water. 😍 So therapeutic. I love it!!!

You don’t need a mat to practice yoga. You don’t have to be flexible to perform the crazy poses. All you need is yourself and being mindful of your own breath. ❣️




Yoga taught me to stay grounded and feeling grateful to mother nature where I find my inner peace. We breathe from the moment we are born until the moment we die. It is a vital and constant need, not only for us but for all life on Earth. Instead of fussing about the imperfections in your lives, spend time with nature….just pause and take a deep breath 🧘🏻‍♀️

Psalm 21: 1-7

Psalm 27

The Lord is my light and my salvation—
    whom shall I fear?
The Lord is the stronghold of my life—
    of whom shall I be afraid?

When the wicked advance against me
    to devour me ,it is my enemies and my foes who will stumble and fall.
Though an army besiege me,
    my heart will not fear;
though war break out against me,
    even then I will be confident.

One thing I ask from the Lord,
    this only do I seek:
that I may dwell in the house of the Lord
    all the days of my life,
to gaze on the beauty of the Lord
    and to seek him in his temple.
For in the day of trouble
    he will keep me safe in his dwelling;
he will hide me  in the shelter of his sacred tent and set me high upon a rock.(

Then my head will be exalted
    above the enemies who surround me;
at his sacred tent I will sacrifice with shouts of joy;  I will sing and make music to the Lord.

Hear my voice(T) when I call, Lord;
    be merciful to me and answer me.(

Day 1: The Reality of Abundance



When you set your intention for the next 21 days also place your intention (in thought or aloud) on the abundance of time, of joy, good health, prosperity and abundance of inner strength & virtues. Also call forth your vital force and your breath. Set the intention that you will be able to complete this challenge for the entire 21 days. Not only the meditations but all of the exercises in whatever form they take. Make sure you’re giving yourself enough focused time, in a quiet, peaceful space to listen to the mediation. It takes more or less 15 minutes each day.

DAY ONE EXERCISE
Make a list of 50 people who have influenced your life, in a small or big way. It could be one word, a book, a teaching. Dive through your life and bring those people in. Write the name of the person/people who touched you and the circumstance.

Ride the wave and trust in the collective consciousness that everything is exactly as it should be.
